- 7/5/07 Well, we've been asked to compose a theme for the series "Gossamer". Rob did the music for the trailer, and is tapped to be the composer for the series when it airs on a YouTube near you! Although still in production, the show promises to be a fresh blend of X-Files, sci-fi, and super-hero action! Our theme song for the series, however, is quite finished, and made Doug form DogToon Media remark, "I feel like I just got killed by awesome, and got resurrected by amazing!" We're not sure exactly what that means, but we're excited to hear it, nonetheless!!! Stay tuned for more!
- 6/30/07 Thylacine played their last show ever at the Skybar in Somerville, MA. We shared the bill with Echostream, My Mercy, and our friends in Seven Sunless Days. Sadly, this was to be SSD's final show as a group, but we were happy to send them out with a rockin bang!! Echostream and My Mercy were all fantastik, and we are looking forward to playing shows with them in the future. Since the SKybar will be closing, we wanted one last go on the stage that we've called home fro the past couple of years. We debuted another new song (our total is now up to 8, and we can almost smell the freshly-pressed CD's! Soon, we promise!!), and everyone seemed to love it. Thanks to all who came out and supported! We love you!!
- 6/25/07 New website launched!! New look, new content, new Thylacine sound!! Check it out, and tell us what you think!!.
- 5/17/07 New tracks are coming out of ZebraDog studios every week, but the band poked their collective heads out long enough to shock and amaze Skybar patrons with a set of mostly new material. Word on the street is that both Susan and Rob looked like the rock stars they are, and the new songs were a smash!!
- Thanks to all who came out and supported! We love you!!
